The churn and burn of reps is at an all-time high. It’s clear we’re just numbers on a spreadsheet. Promotional opportunities have dwindled and quota to PIP ratios are way off.

I really enjoyed working there. Once they switched leadership in sales it became a very different company. Not bad but very different. Far more corporate but people still closing a lot of deals and making great money. I was consistently over 100% for my quarterly targets.

Lattice is a good fit for midmarket companies. The product is good and helps smaller organizations have the toolkit they need when they don’t have much redundancy. GTM leadership has changed a ton in the past year (for the worst) and the focus is less on supporting our partners and more so on securing the dollar.
