I really enjoyed working there. Once they switched leadership in sales it became a very different company. Not bad but very different. Far more corporate but people still closing a lot of deals and making great money. I was consistently over 100% for my quarterly targets.

My initial experience at Lattice was awesome, BUT it changed after our amazing CRO (Dini) and awesome VP of Sales (John) left. They were absolutely fantastic leaders.
