Lattice
Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My initial experience at Lattice was awesome, BUT it changed after our amazing CRO (Dini) and awesome VP of Sales (John) left. They were absolutely fantastic leaders. Under new leadership, Lattice moved into a culture of toxic positivity, focusing on manager success over career development. Promotions went from being weighted mostly on merit, to more weighted on office politics.
Top AEs weren't promoted as promised, because their managers would have to replace their rep's big contributions to their team's quotas. Ironically, Lattice sells software to HR for identifying top performers & how to keep them. But high turnover on the AE team & the subjective promotion process show they don't practice what they preach anymore. Instead of promoting within, leadership hired many external AEs who struggled to sell a new product, got PIPed, then let go.
While Lattice may be financially stable, there’s better & more rewarding teams out there. Always be applying to jobs, especially if you aren't appreciated. If you’re good at sales, take extreme ownership- you can promote yourself elsewhere with higher pay! I strongly recommend not working here, but everyone's situation is different. Ultimately, just my opinion. So do what's best for you :-) Browse Other Reviews
