Just started at this company and I must say the culture and onboarding process is superb. Most AMs & AEs have been with the organization for multiple years so you're able to have some tenure here (from what I've seen alot of individuals in sales roles have been here for 3-4 years minimum). Really immature organization, most leaders have only worked at PandaDoc. Not a sales focused company, founders don't innovate and lack the ability to grow the company. Job is mostly non-sales related, best part is you can work worldwide and get 28 days of PTO.
