Great lead flow with a lot of businesses looking to move off Docusign. Turnover in the US is higher than it should be due to teams working across the globe- product/eng mostly in EMEA. Takes some time to ramp on the product, but the product and company are growing up in a big way. All of the first-line and mid-managers I have worked with are great; Senior GTM leadership is really strong & accessible. So far, so good!

This organization has over 700 people and runs like a start up. No alignment on GTM from CTO/SLT vs Marketing vs Managers. Product lacks for upmarket sales. Wild wild west for the most part. Not efficient in processes for AEs

Used to be better in 2022. Lots of restructuring in 2023, but hopefully getting back to real business.
