I absolutely love my immediate leadership and people I work with, but C level execs have lost focus of the people who are boots on the ground, and taken away all incentives to work here.

Current Employee2.3Dec 14, 2023Quotas are set at a level where managers are never hitting goal (80% is feasible), and ICs expect to hit between 70-80% ideally. Not a healthy comp setup for the org right now and no signs of changing it.
