OTE looks to be lower at Panda compared to most companies - does that mean its pretty realistic to hit quota in the SMB segment? Also since average deal size is pretty small how many deals do you typically need to close each month to hit quota?

What does it looks like selling PandaDoc in the MM or even ENT section? Looks like the company has a strong SMB Segement with tons of small deals but if you get promoted to MM and above what does the market for Pandadoc look like? are MM quotas attainable?

Is it realistic to hit quota as an SMB AE at Panda? What percent of team is at quota normally?

Just looking at repvue numbers here it looks like the average OTEs are definitely on the lower end. SMB at 100k is low but not crazy but Repvue has the MidMarket role at only 120k average OTE and ENT at 140k?? is that actually accurate or not?

What is quota attainment like in the SMB role? It seems that OTE is lower than many other companies so would you say its realistic to hit quota and overachieve then?
