Leadearship is quite disconnected both from reality of the local market and the employee needs. Very low salary for the amount of work that is requested. Micromanagement

Quotas are set at a level where managers are never hitting goal (80% is feasible), and ICs expect to hit between 70-80% ideally. Not a healthy comp setup for the org right now and no signs of changing it.
