Lattice is a good fit for midmarket companies. The product is good and helps smaller organizations have the toolkit they need when they don’t have much redundancy. GTM leadership has changed a ton in the past year (for the worst) and the focus is less on supporting our partners and more so on securing the dollar. The sale focus shift will prove detrimental to the way we do business because most partners are with Lattice for the service, not the product.
