Great solution, slow to adapt to EMEA region with competitors being quick to undercut on price and offer more language support. However, the recent leadership changes may cause the tide to turn. Time will tell.

I really enjoyed working there. Once they switched leadership in sales it became a very different company. Not bad but very different. Far more corporate but people still closing a lot of deals and making great money. I was consistently over 100% for my quarterly targets.

The churn and burn of reps is at an all-time high. It’s clear we’re just numbers on a spreadsheet. Promotional opportunities have dwindled and quota to PIP ratios are way off.
