Do not prioritize high-quality lead sourcing or cleaning and managing their data which leads to an outsized amount of time spent on admin and cleaning leads. There are no SDR's so the Account Executive positions are really glorified SDR positions - this is clear even in the training which focuses primarily on prospecting and less on product or industry knowledge.
