Whereas SMB AE quota attainment prior was around 60%+, it is now consistently below 20%, more like 15%. This is a result of tripling quota over night without making any other adjustments to lead flow or rep opportunities.

The truth is that unless you are selling as an account manager, quota attainment is close to 10-15%.
