Very hard for new reps to break in and hit quota consistently. Most good Channel accounts are already with experienced reps. Newbies get the leftovers that no one's been able to get going.
Recruiting said 80% hit quota consistently. Wasn't true. Ranged between 40-60%. Only 80% in December.
