Current Employee2.6Jan 5, 2024Product is very good but company has been trending down since going public. Was bought out by Vista and have been told “changes are coming!” like higher base salaries and re-stratifying the sales teams. Time will tell if these changes improve the org and overall morale

Current Employee2.6May 22, 2024I had a great experience with KnowBe4 up until the recent acquisition by private equity. Their decision to not include everyone in the new equity grants was very demotivating, and the new comp plan is a smack in the face.
