There was a compensation restructure in April that was supposed to make the pay more competitive with other companies but it did the complete opposite. Some really good structure, and training/onboarding but it just doesn't pay well, particularly with the expectations and transactional nature even in Channel roles. Very hard for new reps to break in and hit quota consistently. Most good Channel accounts are already with experienced reps. Newbies get the leftovers that no one's been able to get going....Read More
