Back to ReviewsFormer Employee There are too many reps for the amount of leads coming in. Leads are not distributed fairly. Veteran reps hoard leads or if they are part of the “club” seem to get better leads. Base compensation is incredibly low and the bonus structure is almost unattainable monthly. Commission has been cut by almost 40 % from last year. The SDR program has failed. The new Mid Market segment has failed and leadership hasn’t done anything to help the reps with a guarantee or additional compensation and it doesn’t seem like they will. There are many people that benefited from a stock payout when the company went public and now that it is private again there are no additional benefits or stocks for employees-only if you’re a VP. Not much room for advancement to become a VP or move from one area to another. It is not a lucrative sales role if you’re not part of the Enterrpise team. And those roles do not open often.
