The targets have significantly increased across the organisation. The accelerators have also decreased so the ability to earn the numbers in previous years has reduced quite dramatically.

My experience was horrible. Did not receive territory or quota until late Feb. Half of mhy territory were accounts that either were out of business or former customers who hated IFS (P2 Energy).
