My experience was horrible. Did not receive territory or quota until late Feb. Half of mhy territory were accounts that either were out of business or former customers who hated IFS (P2 Energy). Horrible management with no real Go to Market strategy! Misaligned expectations Zero inbound leads (which is shocking considering the Marketing investment that IFS is doing. Management is not aligned and communication is lacking

Growing company with a lot of positivity to increase it's market position in the coming years. Sales processes and systems are very outdated. Culture in sales management is fairly good.
