My over all experience was challenging but rewarding. Environment and Good Management is key! Lots of opportunities for care growth given you have a supportive team and leadership is working with you to achieve team goals. Sales plans and quota are aggressive.

Base comp is great but no one hits their number. The quotas are set obnoxiously high. Products are renamed and touted as a new platform - customers aren’t buying it. Account team structure makes sales cycle unnecessarily political and complicated.

My overall experience was good, it did get more difficult for me as a woman the senior I got. Got exposed to more senior directors/execs who were not happy to help, backhanded racist comments, always ready to bring one’s morale down for the slightest mistake.
