Sales at IBM can be rewarding but is also very hard based on market coverage. Our enterprise solutions make it hard to win in SMB Mid-Market space where companies just want point solutions at cheapest cost.

May be good for starting or early role but upward mobility and earning potential is stale - leadership is taking new direction, company in flux + huge lack of transparency. Employees, especially new + strong earners are earmarked for disposal.
