I really enjoy working here. Overall a great company that wants to help you grow and succeed. The base pay is great. It is a huge company and sometimes you feel as though you are just a number.

A lot of sharp folks and IBM values knowledge and training. However, the Consulting (IBM C) side of the house does not seem to get the GTM motion. I've heard great things about the Software / Tech side of the house. Joining IBM was via an acquisition they made a few years back.

Terrible. People either make 800 percent of their number or 20 percent. There's basically no bell curve and 80 percent of the results you experience will be based on factors outside of your control.
