A lot of sharp folks and IBM values knowledge and training. However, the Consulting (IBM C) side of the house does not seem to get the GTM motion. I've heard great things about the Software / Tech side of the house. Joining IBM was via an acquisition they made a few years back.

Very good company to work for in 2024. I learned a lot working here and it is only getting better and better. There is a process at IBM that is awesome.
