My overall experience was good. They left you alone if you were closing business. There was never a lead given to me from a business partner of a person within IBM.

Pros: above avg pay, can be pretty laid back, good flexibility of schedule Cons: bureaucracy is insane, virtually zero innovation, hard to make high end money, politics over productivity, constantly layoffs and shifting strategy
