Working for IBM is great. Like any large company, a lot of red tape and inefficiencies. But the products are strong. Hardest part is there are too many products. Customers don’t even know what IBM offers

No guidance and support from management to integrate the digital team with existing team to reduce new departments confusion on role. There is no help and everyone too busy to help That being said, good training ground to learn to survive for yourself

Great place if you want to be a consultant. Not a sales environment. Main plus is MSAs with every enterprise. Base salaries are above market.
