My overall experience was average. Cloud computing was important to customer success and quota, IBM at the time lacked government security standards compared to competition.

Company that has very minimum development and opportunities created. Most of the new hires leave within a year

A lot of sharp folks and IBM values knowledge and training. However, the Consulting (IBM C) side of the house does not seem to get the GTM motion. I've heard great things about the Software / Tech side of the house. Joining IBM was via an acquisition they made a few years back.
