There are and were challenges that impacted overall job satisfaction. Frequent changes in targets and a lack of clarity made it difficult to track performance accurately throughout the quarter. Additionally, the focus on marketing targets rather than clear sales targets created uncertainty regarding earnings and success metrics. Not looking on the value, education was pushed with no time to complete due to incresse on workload

Stellar company with some of the smartest people ever... They receive more patents daily than the rest of the world combined I think LOL
