Former Employee3.3Feb 29, 2024Overall it is a good company but a lot will depend on which division you are in. There are a lot of politics but you can still move around and be successful. You won't get rich but it's a solid job and it looks good on a resume.

My team was not given a CRM, or any kind of comprehensive account list. We keeps track of our thousands of prospect accounts (half of which were nonviable) with a shared team excel sheet.
