I have really enjoyed my role and the company as a whole. As we continue to innovate we will be able to reach new markets and it seems like it is trending that way. The PTO is nice and the WFH is even better.

I've had numerous experiences at IBM and the experiences vary significantly based on product/industry alignment and manager. I've had managers that actually care about life outside of work and they were the best. The ones that only talk to you once a week for cadence but don't make a personal connection are annoying at best. Overall it's a great place to start...Read More
