I came on board from a recent acquisition. IBM is HUGE. Overall, I think IBM provides value to the right customer. Not every account likes to work with IBM. Outside of the HR transition, the rest has been a nightmare. The product that I am part of is not going to change much in the next year. This product has a narrow use case in the data streaming realm, and it's a couple of years behind competitors. I hope IBM makes it better. If you like big companies, it's not bad. Better options elsewhere IMO.
