The products were very good, and many people within the company are extremely smart. Many customers however did not know what the company offered, and there was not a lot of inbound.

There are and were challenges that impacted overall job satisfaction. Frequent changes in targets and a lack of clarity made it difficult to track performance accurately throughout the quarter.
