HubSpot has a lot of potential. The product is amazing and so is the marketing. My coworkers are amazing amazing and I am thankful to have worked at HubSpot to meet them! However I believe that the leadership in the sales org promotes burnout. The quotas are very high, and most people are still ramping. Great company if you are hitting quota but awful environment if your struggling to hit targets. A lot of micromanaging, stress and fear for your job. They ask you to do a ton of additional non-revenue activities and wonder why you aren’t making your numbers. It’s been stated before but if your on PIP start looking at another role

I was treated in an extremely inequitable way in a company move instead of laying us off they put us in a position that made it impossible to win. Most got coached out in their new roles/are on plans. The goals are completely unattainable in the region I’m in and leadership expects you to work until you die. In my experience this has been the least amount of time off...Read More
