Overall experience was okay. 10 years ago the company was probably a great place to work. Now, its saturated, tons of sales people, territories are small, and it really depends on which territory you're given. Some reps make P-club because their territory is cushy and its all inbound. I had a crappy territory where it was all outbound. Not fun. Great culture, but it was pretty much like Salesforce. Corporate, people looking out for themselves, and management cracking the whip on reps to hit metrics that are not attainable and also leaves a bad taste for customers as we push them so hard. I'd look for a different company in all honesty.

My overall experience has been good. I like working here, but it is challenging.. most times in a good way, where you can learn and grow as a rep.

Very disappointed and feel mislead from what I was told during the initial interview. After almost a year here, myself and numerous other reps who do not have a full quota yet, have missed. Only 30% of the fully ramped tenured reps hit at or above 100% to Q. What a shock. I believe the over hired tremendously and we are suffering.
