Current Employee3.4Apr 16, 2024This is not the HubSpot it used to be. Leadership has changed drastically, quota attainment, at least in Mid Market is hovering around 30% and they just made sweeping changes to comp plans. If customers clawback you now go back on attainment.

Current Employee3.0Jul 29, 2024Used to be a great place to work and culture was excellent, but constant cuts and quota increases in a challenging environment has meant culture has really gone down hill. Only circa 35% of reps hitting quota now and a fair bit of rep churn. Still a great product to sell.
