My experience was horrible. Every one’s is different though. Some get very lucky with fantastic managers who coach and train them to be great. There’s absolutely 0 inbound leads and when there are they are passed to the top top reps. Most people are let go or quit within a year.

HubSpot has changed drastically over the years. The MM segment is completely saturated with reps, there has being massive churn of reps this year because there is simply not a big enough pot for anything more than 33% of reps to hit target. Toxic culture, micromanagement. But great product and people. Burnout is high and no one seems to enjoy it. Forget work life balance
