Clawbacks have been increased to a year and you lose on average 10% of your commissions up to your entire commissions check on these. It’s absolutely brutal and out of your control.
Upper management blames reps for the tanking performance. Turned into a toxic environment where they raised activity metrics and put you on plan if you don’t hit them. The new goal for sales seems to be to churn and burn reps and see who can tread water by absolutely burning them out.
The top 10 reps blow out the number and everyone else is just struggling. Management tells you to do what they are doing but everyone is and they have no grasp on what’s actually working.
