HubSpot's best days are behind it. New reps have no chance as you will be given accounts that have been sitting idle because no one else wants them and there already aren't enough inbound leads even with a semi-decent territory. Two sales leaders have also left recently which is a huge red flag. Best part is long ramp period but after that be prepared to look for a new job.

Changes in how churn is dealt with, quotas, compensation, it's become a complete mess at HubSpot.
