My experience was horrible. Every one’s is different though. Some get very lucky with fantastic managers who coach and train them to be great. There’s absolutely 0 inbound leads and when there are they are passed to the top top reps. Most people are let go or quit within a year.

It's a great platform, the culture in Australia is lacking and the ability to succeed depends on who's capacity you takeover.
