Empathetic and transparent. People you work with are typically helpful and promotes a culture of winning together. If you excel, you have potential to earn a lot of RSUs and comps, I made $500k one year as an AE. Management team is hard but fair. Feel psychologically safer here than SFDC which helps me do my best work despite comp being lower than market rate, I value working for people I like.

When I first started HubSpot it was such an amazing place to work. Over time, the market has gone down and it's really showed the good times were actually good times because the market was so good. Today, only a low percentage of reps are hitting their massive quotas and there is massive micromanaging going on. The leaders are really just old reps from many years...Read More

Overall, the culture is pretty incredible when it comes to sales orgs. There are some issues with GTM and the "bi-model" GTM strategy, but it's upmarket ENT expansion pains more than anything.
