They ask you to do a ton of additional non-revenue activities and wonder why you aren’t making your numbers. It’s been stated before but if your on PIP start looking at another role

We absolutely have the best product in the market, great culture but the huge increase in quota huge increase in headcount has made hitting your OTE rare.
