Current Employee While leadership will say that a substantial or the majority of the sales organization are hitting quota, this is a farce. ~10% of fully ramped reps hit quota. Whatever attainment percentage management tells you is being boosted by the large number or ramping reps (of which there are many). Turnover is very high and it seems as though management is looking to fire you when you are no longer on ramp when your numbers inevitably drop. Browse Other Reviews
