HubSpot is a great company to work for with a brilliant product and huge TAM with plenty of inbound leads. Where HubSpot falls down is the remote first policy affects culture, there's a lack of knowledge sharing across teams, segments and verticals and it's very complicated to work out what your commission will be month on month.

Too many sales reps, not enough to go around. Really hard to succeed unless you have a great capacity. New reps stand no chance.
