Great company but there is a lack of a sense of community with everyone being remote and not a lot of investment into opportunities for employees to connect (co working spaces, local events more role focused, etc)

Many refer to Hubspot’s sales culture as a factory line of reps, in and out. In my experience, your team will likely turn over at least a couple of times a year. For a company that is very innovative. The internal processes to be successful in this role are god awful. Nothing is scalable. Be prepared to do mass data entry, mass account sourcing with terrible filtering options. Picture looking for a needle in a stack of needles.
