Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Stay clear of this place. Nothing but micromanagement even if you’re a performer. Directors and VP have no idea what they’re doing now that lead flow has dried up. All they do is lie through their teeth and tell you things are amazing. They’ll tell the org and candidates that half of us hit quota but the truth is all of those people are on ramp. They really think we’re all stupid.
Turn over is so bad and the leadership actually held a meeting recently about recruitment to find out how they can find more qualified people to avoid turnover. I don’t think they’ll ever realize they are the reason people leave.
If you cheat the system you’re rewarded but if you play by the rules you’re fired. We had people stealing leads and crushed their numbers and leadership didn’t hold them accountable.. they only praised them publicly and continue to do so despite them telling us there’d be repercussions.
The VP is a control freak which leads to constant micromanagement and directors and management operating out of fear and panic. Leadership is lazy and constantly flipping out, updating pipeline in multiple places daily to be followed by constant harassment.
