Experience thus far is mixed, there are both pros and cons: Pros: -Excellent culture -Friendly team -Great product -Tech stack sets you up for success -Lots of training/learning opps -Generous ramp Cons: -Many reps struggle in their first year -High quotas with high metrics -Low close rate

Too early to know for sure how successful a BDR can be given the product fit versus the current market fluctuations. Economic trends are already making it tough to sell so it’ll be interesting to see how HubSpot handles the shifts. Not to mention the rumor mill of a potential acquisition from Google.
