HubSpot offers an incredible culture and earnings potential. There is a ton of fruit to squeeze the juice out of outside of your day-to-day.

I worked here in 2020 as a BDR, territories were very small and very hard to hit target. Overall there was good incentive schemes for those who performed

Not great. Some folks (tenured) can stick around a few years and do well here. Other than those few it’s a revolving door. Lucky to last past a year here in sales.
