Not great. Some folks (tenured) can stick around a few years and do well here. Other than those few it’s a revolving door. Lucky to last past a year here in sales.

Culture fit, compensation and everything about this company was amazing. If it wasn’t for the layoffs I would still recommend this company. The tools are there for you to excel.

I was treated in an extremely inequitable way in a company move instead of laying us off they put us in a position that made it impossible to win. Most got coached out in their new roles/are on plans. The goals are completely unattainable in the region I’m in and leadership expects you to work until you die.
