Not what they tell you it will be in the interview process. Leadership tries to keep their quota low by brining in new reps who have 9 month ramp. Fully ramped reps a liable and quickly out.

Overall it’s a positive experience and I like it there. They go out of their way to make you feel valued and also strive to help employees maintain a positive work life balance. There are a lot of clear targets that we have too.

Amazing company, great leadership and great products. Issues is leads provided are not always consistent and accounts given aren’t always the best so a lot of grinding early on.
