Current Employee2.1Oct 30, 2024It seems like leadership is seeing how fast they can fast-track reps out the door. There are no leads, it's cut-throat, and there is little to no development. HubSpot is having an identity crisis... they aren't the "fun" and culturally driven place they once were. It seems like they don't truly know who they are anymore.

Current Employee4.1Apr 30, 2024HubSpot is a great company to work for with a brilliant product and huge TAM with plenty of inbound leads. Where HubSpot falls down is the remote first policy affects culture, there's a lack of knowledge sharing across teams, segments and verticals and it's very complicated to work out what your commission will be month on month.
