You get a book of business to help you get quick wins, especially as you ramp. The people for the most part were a pleasure to work with. Overall though, the bad heavily outweighed the good. Now, its saturated, tons of sales people, territories are small, and it really depends on which territory you're given. Some reps make P-club because their territory is cushy and its all inbound.
