Great company, amazing product & peers but as company gets bigger its changing and new rules are making it harder to achieve what would have been achieved before.

Very poor experience at hubspot the last couple of years. It was a great place to work previously. Busy work, micromanagement, and constant forecasting instead of leadership investment in development. Quotas are too high for the demand, attainment has plummeted.
