The product is amazing. I would say nothing better in Market but the 'cut the fat' PIP process the company operates under is nothing I have ever seen. Nothing but revenue is taken into account. If you can survive I HubSpot you can survive anywhere

Very poor experience in SMB - I can hardly send an email without my manager checking it first. Micro Management at it's finest. If you don't live in Cambridge and hang out with your boss on the weekend you will not be promoted or successful here. Very sad what this place has become.

Reps openly cheat and scheme the system. Management has quoted “we are going to once again promote front running” because they couldn’t figure out how to stop reps from cheating.
